What type of accreditation does these products have?
The products have been tested externally according to SANAS (South African National Accreditation System) and these reports are available upon request from info@mediguard.co.za.
How long does delivery of products take and are the products readily available?
The delivery services are entrusted to Aramex and currently with the lockdown regulations they are experiencing heavy workloads and orders may take up to 10 days to be delivered. All products are readily available if collection option is required.

The foggers and sanitising spray only contains 40% alcohol, which is less than the 70% guidelines set out by government?
The active ingredient in non-alcoholic and 40% alcohol products are Chloramine T which dissolved in water, ionizes and forms the Chloramine-T ion. This ion reacts directly with microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, viruses, with which it comes into contact. Its action is based on an irreversible destruction of the envelope and cell material of microorganisms. This oxidizing action ensures that microorganisms are effectively killed and do not have a chance to develop resistance to Chloramine-T. These products have all been tested and effectively kills the Human Corona Virus strains.

The Germcure and Non Alcoholic General purpose cleaner is suitable to use in food manufacturing and processing industries.
