Excellent adhesion and alkali resistance and the presence of biocide makes it effectively resistant to mould growth and bacteria.Recommended where mould and fungi are present such as the food industry, breweries and wineries.
It is also used in the building industry on fair face or bagged walls where it will prevent most stains caused by water soluble salts which are deposited on the surface as the walls dry out. It is very effective on areas such as ceilings to prevent nail head staining.
